Orange salad with olives

This salad is a refreshing way to use blood oranges in their prime.

Ingredients (2 to 4 people)

6 oranges
30/40 gr sliced ​​olives
40 gr red onion, thinly sliced
10 gr chopped flat-leaf parsley
Black pepper


Peel the oranges and cut them into thick slices. Put them on a flat serving plate. Garnish the oranges with the remaining ingredients and serve.
