Who makes the deliveries?
We are a father-daughter duo making deliveries using a rental van.
What if I need to change my designated Delivery Point?
You must call us on +352 621 148112 or email email@example.com at least 3 hours before the delivery.
What if I am not at my Delivery Point at the time of delivery?
Should you forget to or be prevented from picking up your products, either you can send someone else to pick them up for you or you can call us on +352 621 148112 and see if arrangements can be made. Remaining boxes will be donated to Cent Buttek, a food bank in Bettembourg.
Is there a minimum for delivery?
The minimum for delivery is 40kg only if a new Delivery Point is requested to be added to our current list.
May I cancel my order?
There's no commitment after subscribing! You can cancel your order for any reason, as long as it is done 48 hours before your delivery day. To cancel your order, you can:
- log in to your profile and go to "My Orders" and press "Cancel my order" option which is disclosed by pressing the "More" button;
- give us a phone call on +352 621 148112;
- e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll take care of the rest! No fees, no hassle:)
How do I change an order that has already been confirmed?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we should be able to help. Please contact us ASAP with any item changes so we can make them before the order is packed.
